We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. No minimums, no codes needed — it's on us.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Most U.S. orders arrive within 5-9 business days from the date of purchase (1-2 days processing + 5-7 days shipping).

Need it faster? Choose express or overnight shipping at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll send you an email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account or clicking the link in your shipping confirmation email.

International Orders

We ship worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing
  • Tracking may be limited in some countries

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unworn and in original condition
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Item must not be personalized or custom-made

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@charmgirl.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label (U.S. orders)
  3. Ship it back using the label provided
  4. Get your refund within 5-7 business days of us receiving your return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

Want a different size or style? No problem.

Email us at hello@charmgirl.com and we'll set up your exchange. We'll ship your new item as soon as we receive your return — or right away if you'd prefer (we'll just place a temporary hold for the new item).


Damages & Issues

Something Arrived Damaged?

We package everything with care, but sometimes things happen during shipping. If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Take a photo of the damage
  2. Email us at hello@charmgirl.com within 48 hours of delivery
  3. We'll send a replacement right away — no need to return the damaged item

Wrong Item?

If we made a mistake and sent the wrong item, email us and we'll fix it immediately. We'll send you the correct item with expedited shipping at no extra cost.

Missing Package?

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Look for a delivery notice or check any safe spots the carrier may have left it
  3. Wait 24 hours (sometimes tracking updates before actual delivery)
  4. Contact us if it still hasn't arrived — we'll work with the carrier or send a replacement

Gift Orders

Gifting? We've Got You.

All orders ship in our signature Charm Girl packaging — beautiful enough to gift as-is.

Gift options:

  • Leave the price off the packing slip (select "This is a gift" at checkout)
  • Ship directly to your recipient with a gift message
  • Add gift wrapping for $5

Gift Returns

If you received a Charm Girl piece as a gift and need to exchange it, no problem. Email us and we'll help you swap it for something you love. We'll issue an exchange — no gift-giver notification, no awkwardness.


Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel or change my order? If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes! Email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to make changes. Once an order has shipped, we can't cancel it, but you can return it when it arrives.

Do you offer free returns? Yes — return shipping is free for all U.S. orders. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How long do I have to return something? 30 days from the date of delivery.

Can I return sale items? Yes, sale items can be returned within 30 days for store credit.

What if my item breaks after wearing it? We stand behind our quality. If your piece breaks under normal wear within 6 months of purchase, email us with a photo and we'll replace it.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes? Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes via USPS.
