Where's my order? Check your email for a shipping confirmation with tracking info. You can also log into your account to view your order status. Most orders arrive within 5-9 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order? If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us right away and we'll do our best to make changes. Once it's shipped, you can return it when it arrives.
What's your return policy? We offer free returns within 30 days. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. View full policy →
Do you offer gift wrapping? Yes! Select "This is a gift" at checkout to remove pricing from the packing slip. Gift wrapping is available for $5.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do? So sorry that happened. Email us a photo within 48 hours and we'll send a replacement right away — no need to return the damaged piece.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
